REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Exhibitors who would like their plants shown or judged at the Show may register plants using the registration form available below. The form must be sent to bev@mclure.org by Monday, April 8, 2024 at 9 pm. Follow the instructions below to register your plants.

  2. If you have a MAC, download this pages document, fill it out and export it to a PDF document and send that to Beverly Moon at bev@mclure.org.

  3. Complete the Entry form at the end of the instructions thoroughly and accurately.

  4. E-mail completed registration forms to Beverly Moon at bev@mclure.org by Monday, April 8th.
    Note: Registrations received after this date may be delayed.

You may also print a hard copy of the Plant Registration Form and submit it, along with your plants, at the Showgrounds until 6 PM April 11, 2024 or before 9 AM April 12, 2024.

Plant Delivery: Deliver your plants to Plant Registration on Thursday, April 11 from 1 to 6 PM or between 8 and 9 AM Friday, April 12th. This will allow time to have all the plants entered, placed in the appropriate display area, and cross checked by the clerks before AOS judging begins. If you cannot meet this deadline, please contact the Registration Chair well in advance to make special arrangements.

EACH PLANT ENTRY SHOULD BEST RESEMBLE THE CATEGORY IT IS ENTERED INTO.

CLASS F: CYMBIDIUM ALLIANCE

  1. Cymbidium & Gramatophyllum species

  2. Cymbidium hybrids - white to yellow

  3. Cymbidium hybrids - green to bronze

  4. Cymbidium hybrids - pink to red

  5. Cymbidium hybrids - novelty colors

  6. Miniature hybrids flowers less than 2”

  7. Pendant Cymbidiums

CLASS G: ONCIDIUM ALLIANCE

  1. Miltonia & Miltoniopsis species and hybrids

  2. Oncidium species and hybrids

  3. Oncidium intergeneric hybrids resembling Oncidium

  4. Brassia species and Oncidium intergeneric hybrids resembling Brassia

  5. Tolumnia species and hybrids including Rodriguezia

CLASS H: MISCELLANEIOUS

  1. Masdevallia & Dracula

  2. Pleurothallis & Restrepia

  3. Zygopetalum, Bollea, Promenaea, & Pescatorea

  4. Catasetum, Cycnoches & Mormodes
